Astrology April 24, 2011: “Emotional Detachment” Moon in Aquarius Horoscope

COSMIC WEATHER:

“He he would be serene and pure needs but one thing, detachment.” Meister Eckhart

The Moon vacates practical Capricorn for objective Aquarius (2:00 pm EDT) allowing us to experience more of an emotional detachment with respect to our feelings. Mercury in energetic Aries also continues its opposition to serious Saturn in partnership Libra, perhaps inclining us to want to discuss more substantive (Saturn) issues with our mates, including maybe commitment? (Saturn)

This is also an excellent day for studying history or science, or for learning new technology. Too, it could be that with the smart Aquarian Moon, we are able to masterfully detect where the Easter bunny has hidden all the eggs. 🙂 Too, for those who celebrate it, Happy Easter!

Famous Birthdays April 24th: Shirley MacLaine (77), Barbra Streisand (69). BTW, Barbara’s horoscope is very similar to my own. We both have Sun in Taurus, Moon in Leo, and an Aries Rising. Too, I have always personally identified with Barbra, since I was a child. I think her personality is a lot like mine, particularly her sense of humor. Unfortunately though, for me, I cannot sing and I don’t have her kind of money. Also, I wish I had a man like James Brolin!

Too, a peek at Shirley MacLaine’s horoscope reveals that she has an analytical Virgo Moon conjunct mystical Neptune, perhaps why she doesn’t mind “going out on a limb” discussing her spiritual beliefs before the public (Moon). Of course, she is also regarded, by some, as being a little bit “spacey” (Neptune). The Moon not only rules the public, but it also governs our public image. Shirley also has expansive Jupiter in Libra in her first house, giving her grand creative (Libra) talents ( as both a performing artist and writer), and also making her a natural teacher (Jupiter). Additionally, she has innate ability as a “peacemaker” and “diplomat.” (Jupiter in Libra)

Oprah Winfrey recently had Shirley MacLaine on her program. Did you see the show? Oprah mentioned to Shirley that it was Shirley’s book, “Out On A Limb,” that significantly altered her own thinking on religion and spirituality. I was really surprised to hear her say that. Shirley also talked on the Oprah Show about her experience with “UFO’s.”

Astrology March 21, 2011: Reform or Revolution? Sun conjunct Uranus in Aries

COSMIC WEATHER:

“A reform is a correction of abuses; a revolution is a transfer of power.” Robert Bulwer-Lytton

Well, now that we know the fine distinction between these two things, reform and revolution, it may be that we see a bit of both of these occurring today as the “big cheese” Sun conjuncts “liberating” Uranus, the sometimes quirky, and often unruly, “rebel stepchild” of the Universe.

“Change-agent” Uranus also tends to be  “unpredictable” in nature, so it’s hard to ever know exactly what he has up his sleeve. It’s probably best for us to just prime ourselves for the “unexpected” today, and hope it will be “very good” unexpected stuff that develops in our lives.

Uranus can bring about sudden amazing breakthroughs and advances, especially of a more scientific or technological nature. This is especially the case in pioneering Aries, a sign also known for “firsts.” At any rate, a very good day to consider instituting new procedures or processes in our lives to make them more efficient. BTW, Uranus is formally associated with “genius.” Maybe all of our “IQ’s” will effectively get a boost today. Too, this is not a good day to resist change, as it could be a lost cause for us with wacky Uranus breathing down our necks, holding us captive. 🙂

This powerhouse Sun-Uranus pairing is also occurring in “don’t fence me in” Aries, the macho sign of war and the military. Of course, many of us already know what is presently unfolding in Libya with the international coalition forces enacting a no-fly zone over that country. Heard on the Wall Street Journal Radio this morning (love their early morning news program) that there is also reportedly some concern that Moammar Qadhafi could resort to terrorism, at some point, even use mustard gas.

Too, more unrest is again brewing in other areas of the Middle East. (We also have Mercury and Jupiter in Aries.) Ever since expansive Jupiter got into Aries, late January, is when the political activism and social unrest in the Middle East started heating up (also had warrior Mars in group-oriented Aquarius setting the tone then. Mars rules Aries.).

Aries also rules sports. Today, the long-awaited Barry Bonds‘ perjury trial is slated to begin, three years after Bonds was charged with lying to a federal grand jury when he denied knowingly using performance-enhancing drugs. One thing’s for certain about “high-voltage” Sun-Uranus: It is never a boring aspect!

COSMIC WEATHER:

“Nothing is worth doing unless the consequences may be serious.” George Bernard Shaw

The Moon remains in logical, analytical Virgo, setting the tone for thinker Mercury’s opposition to judgmental Saturn (9:55 am EDT). This is definitely a day when we will want to be well-prepared and organized in our responses. Otherwise we tend to suffer the consequences, especially from higher-ups and authority figures (Saturn) who may be inclined to find fault (Saturn) with us for not doing our due diligence.  The Virgo Moon can be a stickler for detail and Mercury-Saturn can be very serious and exacting. In general, this aspect tends to impart more of a sobering outlook.

On the plus side with this influence, we have a great opportunity to deepen our perception and probe matters with expert clarity, particularly since we also have the Moon in discriminating Virgo. Overall, a great day for research and for making serious assessments.

Patrice Astrology March 11, 2011: “Major Shift” Uranus enters Aries

COSMIC WEATHER:

“Change is inevitable – except from a vending machine.” Robert C. Gallagher

The big day has finally arrived! Unpredictable Uranus, the “rebel planet of change,” officially enters action-packed Aries (7:50 pm EST), the cardinal, fire sign of “new beginnings.” Uranus, which is also associated with genius and invention, will stay in Aries for the next 7 years. (Uranus was already briefly here last year, from late May until mid-August, before retrograding back into Pisces.)

Of course, so much has already been written about this planet’s ingress into Aries that I am not going to expound too much more about it here, except to say that I believe it very well could signal a “major shift” in our collective consciousness. Uranus is linked with “liberation” or being “set free” and deposited in adventurous, impulsive Aries it would seem that it would have the overall net affect of making us more assertive (Mars rules Aries) in going after what we desire. Aries as a sign does not want to be held back or restrained in any way, and is willing to fight for what it wants and believes in.  It has a strong “survivalist” mentality. Too, the psychology of Aries is much more self-focused with the keywords for the sign being: “I am.” Of course, electrifying Uranus is also correlated with individualism, so the placement in “self-discovery” Aries is a good fit.

Too, we have already seen the events that have occurred with expansive Jupiter’s movement into “fighter” Aries, late January, which has correlated with the political revolt and uprisings in the Middle East, with the citizenry there seeking more personal freedom and empowerment for themselves (this movement also got underway just as warrior Mars entered group-oriented Aquarius). Also, in the U.S. we have had the vitriolic political revolt in Wisconsin, which came to a head quickly yesterday, as intellectual Mercury moved into fiery Aries and the Republicans hastily, and boldly, passed the controversial bill that strips away almost all collective bargaining rights for Wisconsin state employees. The Aries energy is sort of akin to the discovery spirit of the pioneer of the old Wild West. It’s very gutsy and daring. Full of fearless, self-confidence. (Too, we have ruthless Pluto in governmental Capricorn as a backdrop here. Pluto rules debt and purging and is characteristically very controlling.)

We will also want to see what house (or area of life) in our own horoscope that Uranus is currently passing through, to shed light on how it may be impacting us on a personal level. For instance, we may be feeling more of a “shift” or “call to action” now with respect to the specific affairs of that house. This energizing by Uranus will likely continue, too, for a long time to come. Included here: A real desire to show the world “what makes us tick” as individuals. Again, all this can be very positive, as Uranus tends to propel us out of our ruts and along the path of our authenticity. The shadow side of Uranus is that it can, initially at least,  be very disruptive, especially if we resist making needed changes.

Uranus also rules innovation, science, and technology (including the internet). I expect that with Uranus in pioneering Aries we will see amazing new discoveries and advancements in both of these areas, probably coming to us at lightning (Uranus) speed.

Aside from Uranus moving into Aries today, we also have the daily Moon entering chatty, restless Gemini (12:32 am EST). A time when we will want to put our minds into overdrive to match the Uranian bolt into Aries. Reading, writing, social networking – all forms of communication get the green light, especially during the late evening hours (EST) when the Moon makes favorable aspects to philosophical Jupiter (8:32 pm) and romantic Venus (11:39 pm). Of course, the Moon-Venus influence is all about making a solid “love connection.” Including putting our feelings into words (Moon in Gemini).

News Update: We had an 8.9 magnitude earthquake in Japan today and resultant tsunamis worldwide. Uranus is associated with earthquakes. So, at least on the surface, it appears that we are not the only ones making “major shifts” now – the earth is also shifting its energies around!

Too, could the earthquake in Japan be a preview of Uranus setting the stage for what’s to come during its energetic passage through action-packed Aries? Let’s certainly hope not! There’s also not any reason to believe that this will be the case either. However, he has definitely gotten all of our attention, hasn’t he? If indeed Uranus even has anything to do with today’s chaotic events. We are only conjecturing here that it does because of the timing.

For a point of reference, too: When Uranus first moved into Pisces, several years ago, is the very day that the war in Iraq started, which was symbolically a devastating quake of another kind. It could be that Uranus unleashes more palpable disruption, at the point when it’s changing signs, in keeping with his more volatile, unsteady nature. Also, this is just an observation of mine here. I always note, too, when major planets change signs to discern the “shift in energy” patterns. Technically, too, Uranus is still in watery Pisces (ruling the ocean and the tsunamis) until 7:50 pm EST today, although when a major planet does switch signs, there is a transition period ahead of time when you can already start to feel its affects and today we are exactly on that crossover border. Of course, our prayers go out to those who are suffering from this tragic, natural disaster. Just read that hundreds of lives have already been lost by the tsunamis. This is a very sad day for many. We must all pull together.

Famous Birthdays March 11th: Rupert Murdoch (80), Antonin Scalia (75).

Patrice Astrology March 1, 2011: Venus Sextile Uranus, Venus in Aquarius

COSMIC WEATHER:

“Variety is the soul of pleasure.” Aphra Behn

Love goddess Venus, signifying what gives us pleasure, pairs up with liberating Uranus via the sextile aspect (9:49 am EST). We also have sort of a doubly whammy going on here because, later in the day, Venus exits practical Capricorn for avant-garde Aquarius (9:39 pm EST), the philanthropic sign of friendships that is also ruled by the planet Uranus. Venus will stay in Aquarius until March 27th.

Venus in electrifying Aquarius can make our love desires more unconventional or non-traditional. We may strike up alliances with persons we normally would not get involved with, in our enthusiastic quest to seek out more unusual interests or pastimes. We may also desire more personal freedom within the love arena. Aquarius characteristically likes to “do its own thing.” Of course, doing that can also sometimes come with a hefty cost, where matters of the heart are concerned. Something that we may want to keep in mind now, as we are tempted to walk more on the “wild side.”

Too, with Venus in hi-tech Aquarius, romance may take shape for some of us over the internet this month. Anyone here ever had any luck with internet dating? If not, now may be the time to bravely try it out again.

Must also mention here, lest I be remiss, that “Venus sextile Uranus” has been linked with “sudden love” or “love at first sight.” So the next 24 to 48 hours could be especially momentous here for those of us seeking a new love interest. Even existing relationships could become more exciting, if we are willing to “spice things up” just a bit now.

Venus in Aquarius is also a better time for us to get “unstuck” in love, to let go of ties that are outworn. This is partly because it is theoretically easier for us to be more emotionally detached now, as Aquarius is more intellectual or reasoning in its approach. Also, it’s an excellent period for more involvement in community or humanitarian affairs. Venus in Aquarius can equate to a love or fondness for groups. Love could also suddenly bloom or manifest in the course of pursuing group-oriented outlets.

Venus additionally rules money, fashion, and possessions. It could be that Venus in Aquarius coincides with new, more unique ways to generate cash flow. Aquarius is associated with using our ingenuity to get ahead. We may also want to jazz up our wardrobe or our immediate surroundings in funky new ways. Too, doing these things can sometimes help us to espouse other changes in our life, as it shows more of a receptivity and eagerness for experimentation. The color for Aquarius is a shimmering, electric blue.

Additionally, we have the Moon in futuristic Aquarius today. Again, breaking with our daily routine, or incorporating new changes or procedures now can be exciting and also help to maximize our efficiency. It’s an ideal day for immersion in social media, technology, innovation, or science (all Uranus-ruled). Astrology is also governed by Uranus. So, you are probably off to a good start with your day by reading this heavenly horoscope. 🙂

“It is not necessary to change. Survival is not mandatory.” W. Edwards Deming

COSMIC WEATHER:

Energy planet Mars, symbolically depicting the urge for self-assertion, takes the big plunge and officially sky-rockets into hi-tech, futuristic Aquarius, the opinionated, scientific home of wacky astronomers waxing delusional and very bitterly about 13 zodiacal signs. (See link below)  Mars will stay in this sign until February 22nd.

With Mars in Aquarius, a sign which represents cultural diversity and “changing things up,” we are eager to venture off into unchartered waters, as long as we are able to cart along, of course, our smart phones and other technological gadgetry. Aquarius rules innovation and invention, especially more of a scientific or technological nature.

Theoretically we “progress” now by embracing or cultivating change, and utilizing new approaches or strategies in our daily endeavors. As part of this orientation we may want to collaborate with more original-type thinkers, or more non-comforming types, to get a fresh take on things.  We may want also to expand our networking efforts now and get involved more with group causes, or group ventures (Aquarius rules groups and friends). Mars in Aquarius = energy for groups.

The Moon also enters curious, loquacious Gemini today. In Gemini, the Moon provides us with more of a penchant and willingness for flexibility. In other words, more of an ability to go with the flow. We’re not as rigid now, and we’re also wanting to physically move around. We have more of a capacity to see the humor in any situation, too, as this Moon tends to be more light-hearted and likes to laugh. Humor is a positive trait that often gets overlooked, but it’s something that can come in handy for coping with the mighty stresses and woes of living in Madonna’s material world, but, unfortunately, without Madonna’s nifty checkbook to tote around.

Questions to entertain with Mars deposited in Aquarius:

How are we about embracing change? Do we welcome new strategies, or prefer to stick with the tried-and-true?

Can we recall a time when we tried a new approach with something and it saved the day for us?

Is there any one area in our life now that could perhaps benefit by employing new methods? What about changing aspects of our sex life? Mars does rule sex. Hmmmm. Sex life??? Can’t quite recall what that’s all about? ::scratches head::

If we could change one thing about ourselves, what would it be? Our nose? Our brain? The pattern of our fingerprints?

How are we at interfacing with groups of people? Comfortable? Uncomfortable?

Are we more of a leader, or a follower?

Are there any social or humanitarian causes that we could maybe get involved with now? Aquarius pertains to immersion in matters that benefit the collective.

What is the most off-the-wall thing we have done in the past year? Have we even done anything off-the-wall, lately? If not, why not? Could it be that we are packaged too tightly, and that we should give ourselves permission to roam around a little, or a lot? Especially when we are trying to locate the ever-elusive George Clooney.

“They must often change, who would be constant in happiness or wisdom.” Confucius

With Mars in Aquarius, this is the time to take bold, decisive action to get out of our ruts. Out of our stagnation. We should never allow ourselves to think that change is not possible for us. It is, and now is the time to seek out that change! This is also an excellent time for putting new systems or procedures into place. In other words, erecting new infrastructure.

One project that I personally intend to do now is get rid of the ancient computer PC in my home-office. I never use it. All it does it sit on the computer table taking up space. This scenario has been going on for over a year now, ever since I got my new laptop, because I have been terrified at the thought of having to deal with all the plugs and cords, etc. plugged into the computer. Plus, I don’t know how to clean the hard drive. I have decided now, though, that with Mars in hi-tech Aquarius I am going to somehow figure out how to proceed here and get rid of the frickin’ thing. Free up the chi energy around me. In fact, I am resolving to go through every room in my house and purge. I want the environment “different” around me now. I want to tap into the newness and freshness of Mars in Aquarius.

Mercury Sextile Pluto Aspect: Insight for Solving Life’s Riddles

This Date In History:

November 12, 1970:

Scientists perform the first artificial synthesis of a live cell.

Mental Mercury, governing logic and reasoning ability, is in Investigative Scorpio, the sign of DNA, regeneration, and the mysteries of life. Mercury, at 29 degrees of Scorpio, is exactly sextile to Scorpio’s ruler Pluto, at 29 degrees of Analytical Virgo, which is also the sign of physical health. (The harmonious 60 degree sextile aspect signifies “opportunity.”)

Mercury sextile Pluto is among the premier aspects for research, as Mercury’s understanding and reasoning is given much greater depth and focus when aligned with intense Pluto, which symbolizes what’s “hidden below” (life at the cellular level). Too, Mercury’s placement in Scorpio, in addition to its “sextile to Pluto,” was like having a ‘double whammy’ of Resourceful Scorpio energy to work with that day.

Plus, Probing Pluto was in Health-Oriented Virgo.  Virgo is a sign associated with microscopically “breaking things down” so as to understand them better.

Other very powerful, game-changing influences were also around that day:

Mercury was tightly conjunct Visualizing, Imaginative Neptune at 0 degrees of Scholastic Sagittarius, giving a greater ability to creatively “duplicate” or “replicate” situations.

Fortuitous Venus and Jupiter were exactly conjunct in Mystery-Solving Scorpio, perhaps bringing an element of “luck” and “more advantageous conditions” to the matter of research and problem-solving (Scorpio).

The Sun was in Multiplying Scorpio exactly opposite Karma Lord Saturn in “Material” Taurus. Saturn represents “form-building.” Oppositions denote “turning points.”

Finally, Pioneering Mars in Intellectual Libra was also separating from an intense conjunction with Genius Uranus, a planet known to bestow “sudden flashes of brilliance.”  Uranus acts as a catalyst for change, and often manifests it through technological and scientific aadvancement.

On October 13, 1988, the “Shroud of Turin,” a linen cloth depicting the image of a man who looks to have sustained injuries, consistent with a crucifixion, that some also believe is the image of Jesus Christ at the time of his burial, is shown by carbon-testing to “be a fake” from the Middle Ages. However, to this day, the matter is still mired in much controversy. Some critics contend that the samples used for the testing were not typical of the entire shroud.

Fascinatingly, on this date, Communicator and News Reporter Mercury was retrograde in Libra and, as many of us know, information received under a retrograde Mercury can be revised or subject to change later.

Also, much more central to the matter here, is Traditionalist Saturn’s exact conjunction with Discovery Uranus at 27 degrees of Sagittarius.  Sagittarius is a sign associated with formal doctrine and religion.  Uranus rules modern science and testing (the carbon-testing), and Saturn represents the established form and structure in our lives, which in this case, would symbolize the common perception about the Shroud of Turin.

With Saturn-Uranus, which is a very powerful aspect, there can be a “sudden attack or jolt” (Uranus) to the foundational fabric of our lives (Saturn).  Uranus perennially acts like a “bolt of lightning” out of the blue. Since the sign of Sagittarius is also involved here, this new emergence was felt in the area of conventional religion.

Additionally, the transiting North Node of the Moon was at 11 degrees of Pisces, the sign of mysticism and spiritually, and exactly trine to transformer Pluto at 11 degrees of Scorpio, the sign that deals with the mysteries of life, death, and rebirth (or resurrection).

Pluto acts in such a way to shine a flashlight into a cave. We glean a new consciousness or awareness of what was previously hidden or obscured from view. Pluto also rules death and the Shroud of Turin depicts images of someone who likely died from being crucified.  The North Node of the Moon is often thought to play a part in our karmic and spiritual evolution. With the North Node-Pluto influence we were seeing the Shroud in a “new light.”

Also, the transiting South Node of the Moon at 11 degrees of Analytical Virgo was exactly conjunct Venus, with Venus ruling objects that we love and value. Venus could also be representative of the Shroud or cloth itself, a material item of the past (South Node rules the past), being put “under the Virgo microscope” for further study and digestion.

The Catholic Church is the owner of the Shroud of Turin. The cloth is currently stored in the Cappella della Santa Sindone (the chapel of the Holy Shroud) in the Duomo di San Giovanni. It is only displayed every 25 years, due to the fragile nature of the cloth. It will not be displayed again until 2025, although there is a replica of it available for viewing.

“Cosmic Word of The Day”: Equation

Definition: 1) the act of equating or making equal; equalization: the symbolic equation of darkness with death; 2) Mathematics – an expression or a proposition, often algebraic, asserting the equality of two quantities.

Origin: 1350-1400; ME < L aequation – (s. of aequatio) an equalizing

Cosmic Weather: The Moon leaves Bureaucratic Capricorn for High IQ Aquarius (8:53 am EDT).  This boosts our cognitive capabilities and adds potency to the existing Jupiter-Uranus “genius configuration” in spirited Aries.

Also, with Thought-Keeper Mercury stationed now in familial Cancer opposite past life Pluto, this may be an ideal time to ponder Einstein’s alternate “Theory of Relatives.”  Specifically, how our lovable but ever-so-wacky relatives figure into our complicated Karmic Equation.

It could be, too, that we’re finally able to solve the long-standing cosmic riddle regarding which family member keeps leaving the frickin’ cap off the toothpaste tube!

“Since you cannot do good to all, you are to pay special attention to those who, by the accidents of time, or place, or circumstances, are brought into closer connection with you.” Augustine of Hippo

NEWS UPDATE: The New York Times is reporting Federal Agents Arrested 10 people on Sunday on Charges of spying for Russia. If you recall my blog horoscope for yesterday (Sunday) was entitled “Spy Network.” My Cosmic Word for the day was “spy.” I had a hunch some fish were going to be caught with Information Agent Mercury opposite Master Spy Pluto, and I was right!  When you start following Pluto around, you see a habitual pattern of espionage and intrigue.  Pluto rules forces that are hidden. Mercury brings these hidden forces to our attention.

I need a pay raise!

Famous June 28th birthdays: Kellie Pickler (23), John Cusak (43)

Enjoy your Monday!

Remember that each and every one of us figures prominently into the equation in some way.

“No one can whistle a symphony. It takes an orchestra to play it.” H.E. Luccock

Cool quote, isn’t it? And, so true. We are often more limited in what we can do, individually, compared to what we can do when we pool our resources and work together to accomplish a common goal.

Too, when you think about it, the notion of self-sufficiency is really an illusion. No one is ever entirely self-sufficient.

Individual expression within the framework of a group is at the foundation of the Moon in airy Aquarius, the altruistic sign of brotherhood. We are now in day two of the Moon here.

Today is also an ideal time to put our own self-interests on the back burner and instead focus on what we can do to help further the cause of humanity. Sometimes just taking a moment to show someone a little kindness can help turn a world around.

Today’s Aquarian Moon energy also bodes well for matters concerning  invention and scientific discovery, especially since we have the “keen” Sun in Gemini throwing a creative aspect (quintile) to “genius” Uranus in Aries.

Back on June 2, 1904, with the Moon also in Aquarius and expansive Jupiter in pioneering Aries, favorably aspected to focused Saturn in Aquarius, a microbe was identified that is responsible for photosynthesis, a colossal discovery by ‘Professor Schron.’  The Gemini Sun was also exactly conjunct Mars, the ruler of Aries.  Sun-Mars often heralds big events, such as what I wrote about yesterday with the launch of CNN with the Sun in Gemini exactly square Mars.

Also, propitious Jupiter in Aries was harmonious to Pluto in Gemini. Pluto, as ruler of Scorpio, deals with the profound mysteries of life and also coincides with historic firsts. Jupiter is all about giving us opportunity, so we had a chance to unravel one of life’s most amazing processes.

On June 2, 1928 Velveeta Cheese was created by Kraft.  And, guess what? Mental Mercury was in food-sign Cancer and applying to an exact square to discovery Uranus in Aries!  The Gemini Sun was also exactly sextile Mars in Aries then, helping out again with the creation of something new.

Also, Jupiter was in Aries again, so there was a lot of  inventive, adventurous, active-type energy permeating the air, very similar to what we have operating now with Uranus just moving into Aries and Jupiter slated to move there later this week.  This Jupiter-Uranus energy can be very exciting – and apparently quite edible – when Cancer is involved.

In the News:

Running out of time here, but I did get a chance to quickly glance at the horoscopes of Al Gore and Tipper Gore.  In case you didn’t hear about it, they are apparently splitting up after 40 years of marriage, which came as bit of a shock to a lot of people. Al is an Aries (b. 3/31/48) with transformational Pluto now transiting conjunct his Capricorn Moon which rules the home and family (Moon also signifies the wife). This is a big, heavyweight influence.  Pluto tends to emotionally impact us at our very depths and also brings to the surface all kinds of feelings that may have been buried inside for ages.

Tipper is a Leo (b. 8/19/48) and she also has transiting Pluto sitting smack near her seventh house of marriage.  Pluto has a way of coming into our lives in a bulldozer fashion and leveling many of the structures in it.  Pluto is associated with the purging process, and as many of us know, purging elements from our lives can be very painful.

Tipper also has a major opposition aspect from the transiting Neptune to her natal Sun.  Sun-Neptune influences tends to be disillusioning, confusing, and ego-denying.  The Sun also depicts the husband in a woman’s horoscope and can indicate a dissolving of ties in that area, as Neptune is known as the Great Dissolver who often pulls the rug out from under us.

Al and Tipper also have challenging Saturn aspects, which additionally signal endings. Both of their horoscopes are also caught up in the cardinal cross playing out in the collective the next couple years, which I’ll be writing much more about soon. We wish Al and Tipper the best and feel sad about their breakup.

“Some people think that it’s holding on that makes one strong; sometimes it’s letting go.” Unknown source.

June 2 Birthdays: Jerry Mathers (Beaver) and Johnny Weismuller (Tarzan).

Enjoy your Wednesday. Connect with others today and remember to do that good deed.
