We have what may be a “trifecta” of a day today with the galloping Gemini Moon sextiling Mercury (ideas), Jupiter (opportunity), and Mars (initiative) in “race to the finish line” Aries.

This might be a fantastic time to unabashedly promote ourselves, our pet projects, and our ideas We can potentially be more convincing now and more enthusiastically received.

Also, communicator Mercury’s conjunction to “goddess of love and beauty” Venus bodes well for affairs of the heart and discussion of romance.  It may also be a highly creative influence. An ideal day for writing; might also be a good time to go shopping for clothes or things of beauty for the home.

The Moon also shifts into homebody Cancer, late in the day (10:32 pm), forming a cocooning trine to fantasy Neptune (11:54 pm).

Cosmic Weather:

The Moon exits contemplative Pisces for pioneering Aries (10:24 am EST). A time when we may want to be starting something new or exciting in our lives. We also have intellectual Mercury in enthusiastic Sagittarius square to non-conforming Uranus, the planet of sudden change. This potent aspect tends to foster the formation of more non-traditional thinking.

Mercury-Uranus can also potentially speed up our thinking. We may want to, however, avoid making snap decisions until our thoughts and ideas have more time to gel.

Additionally, we have Mercury sextile to mystic guru Neptune, with Neptune ruling our link to the divine and also our psychic ability. This aspect may generate more of an intellectual desire to seek out more spiritually-based activities. Perhaps we may want to read more inspirational material, or books on psychic development. Neptune also rules our dreams, so this is an ideal time for paying closer attention to them now, and trying to unravel their magical symbolism.

Neptune additionally governs our imagination and creativity. This influence should considerably help to elevate or boost our creativity, and also help with our powers of visualization. Excellent day for any creative writing project (Mercury rules words), especially with the simultaneous Mercury-Uranus aspect, which can provide us with unique, original insights, along with a good measure of quirky thoughts, which can also sometimes be kind of cool. Neptune also rules imagery, so it’s a fantastic day for painting or photography.
