“Small deeds done are better than great deeds planned.” Peter Marshall
The Moon continues in action-packed Aries. We still have the glorious “green light” to go ahead with our scintillating plans and projects. Too, it may be that the early bird catches the worm, as the Moon is making invigorating aspects to both pioneering Mars (7:16 am EST) and the power-generating Sun (9:10 am EST) in idealistic Aquarius early in the day. These aspects bode well for taking a leadership position, especially within the framework of a group setting (Aquarius). Overall, we are in a more self-confident mood, as well as more competitive (Mars).
Also, love goddess Venus is inching closer to her conjunction rendezvous with passionate Pluto tomorrow (8:49 pm EST) in career-sign Capricorn. This short-term influence is a biggie and can be a game-changer with respect to transforming our relationships and making us more aware of our emotional needs and desires. (Get all the mesmerizing details about this red-hot aspect in my earlier blog on the topic.)
“Sometimes it is the person closest to us who must travel the furthest distance to be our friend.” Robert Brault.
Finally, Chiron, the wounded healer, re-enters the compassionate waters of Pisces today where it will reside until 2018-2019, ideally sensitizing more of us to the needs of others, especially the downtrodden or the underdog. Pisces focuses our attention on issues of civil rights, alternative or holistic healing methods and spirituality or mysticism. The Pisces experience revolves around removing real and or imagined boundaries. It reminds us that we are all in this cryptic plot together, for better or worse, so why not strive to do and get things right.
Initially when Chiron first entered Pisces last spring (before retrograding later back into Aquarius) was the very day that the BP oil spill occurred in the Gulf of Mexico. Hopefully, such a disaster will not occur again this time. I only point this reality out here again, because of its factual nature. Pisces, of course, does rule oil and also the sea.
Again, too, that tragic event did poignantly reveal to us the need for being ever mindful and accountable for all of our actions, individually and collectively, because for every action, there is always an equal reaction. Also, aware of the fact that we must learn to preserve the planet by being good stewards of the earth, if we are to survive. Our actions do have consequences or a “spill-over” affect on everything around us because, ultimately, there really are not any boundaries (Pisces). We must always sow positive seeds that are supportive of life. When we don’t, we suffer the undesirable consequences.
“It is one of the most beautiful compensations of this life that no man can sincerely try to help another without helping himself. Serve and thou shall be served (Pisces).” Ralph Waldo Emerson
