Cosmic Weather:

“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.” – Eleanor Roosevelt

We start out our ‘oh so jolly’ Monday with a waning trine between the Moon in adventurous Sagittarius and the Sun in initiating Aries (10:30 am), an ideal time, perhaps, for broadening the scope of our lives, stretching our limits. Maybe also for doing a little preaching, teaching, or possibly even performing a few, full-scale conversions, if we’re up to it, that is, depending upon our personal opportunities, inclinations, and or schedules. Keeping in mind, too, of course, that logical, analytical Mercury is still a bit fuzzy around the eyeballs because of its continuing hookup with nebulous, intoxicated Neptune. In other words, it seems we possibly may have the big picture covered, for today, at least, with the visionary Sadge Moon. But, it’s those annoying little details that could possibly mess us up, along the way. What do they say, too, that the devil’s in the details? Yup.

Too, with Mercury covering speech, we may want to be very discreet with respect to what we say in the confessional, and to whom, as we could be easily misunderstood and possibly end up with having to do more penance than is called for or deserved. Just sayin’…Trying to keep all the purgatorial sentences light around here. 🙂

On This Day in History: On March 25, 1969, John Lennon and Yoko Ono stage their first ‘bed-in for peace’ in Amersterdam. Astrologically, in the sky, that day, the Aries Sun was separating from a conjunction with Chiron in pioneering Aries, which is something that we also just had, a few days ago. The Sun and Chiron were also opposite both philosophical Jupiter and radical, anti-establishment Uranus. Both Jupiter and Uranus were conjunct in Libra, the sign of peace, harmony, and relationships. Fascinatingly, lovable Venus (retrograde) and manifesting Saturn were also both exactly conjunct in bold, spirited Aries, that day. The Moon was also waxing in playful, communicative Gemini. John Lennon (b. 10/9/40) also had, in his chart, the transiting Chiron in Aries exactly opposite his natal, assertive, sexual Mars in matrimonial Libra. The transiting Aries Sun was also exactly trine Lennon’s natal, transformational Pluto in theatrical, exhibitionist Leo.

“If everyone demanded peace instead of another television set, then there’d be peace.” John Lennon
