Even though we have the Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars all in practical, conservative Taurus, some of us may be willing to take a bit more of a gamble today with our resources. Moon enters “Faraway Lands” Sagittarius (3:28 am EST). Imploring us to “forget about doing the laundry,” for a while. Or, “cleaning the toilet bowl.” We’re on a cosmically sanctioned mission now to escape the clutches of our dull, strangling, daily routines. We must find a way to passionately do whatever “lifts us up” or “inspires us” today.
The “Forward-Thinking, Philosophical” Sagittarius Moon perennially kindles our desire for adventure, and for higher wisdom and learning. The Moon’s powerful conjunction with Pioneering Mars (4:43 pm EST) also serves to, temporarily, at least, put these desires in “overdrive.”

The Night Owl Moon switches from Mystic Guru Pisces to Race Car Driver Aries (11:24 am EDT) at which time we may want to proceed warp-speed ahead with our agendas. The Aries Moon is all about taking action, conquering new frontiers. Needless to say, today is not the time to be a cozy little “couch potato,” sitting around watching Oprah. Three days before Elvis Presley’s second movie ‘Loving You’ debuted in theaters, John Lennon and Paul McCartney met for the first time as teenagers on July 6, 1957.
