COSMIC WATCH:
Jupiter, the planet of optimism and opportunity, is in harmonious alignment with the Sun, our power source and sense of self.
The Moon is also in pioneering Aries. Suggesting we are encouraged to act with confidence today and to mingle socially with others. Particularly with those who are perhaps perceived to be authority figures or our superiors (Sun), as we may have a chance to really shine now in their presence, which could help us to get ahead.
The energy of the day is also conducive for undertaking new personal beginnings or making headway with our goals. With Sun-Jupiter, we are thought to be better able to see the “big picture” view of things, although we still do need to be attentive to the details.
Jupiter is also in money and possession sign Taurus and it is interesting that yesterday, as this influence was applying, the S & P’s 500-stock index closed at its highest level since 2008, on the heels of better-than-expected reports on home sales and consumer sentiment (wsj.com).
Jupiter, which is linked with abundance, is often billed as the “cosmic Santa.” Jupiter is also applying to a positive trine to Pluto, which will be exact in a couple weeks. Pluto is associated with mega-wealth.
