November 11, 1968:

John Lennon and Yoko Ono appear nude on the cover of the “Two Virgins” album. Adventurous Mars – ruling the assertive urge – is exactly conjunct rebel Uranus in marital Libra, also the sign of the public. Venus-ruled Libra is also associated with artistic expression.

With Mars conjoined Uranus there is thought to be more of a tendency for us to want to break the rules, with Uranus symbolizing freedom of expression. Mars also governs our sexuality, and paired with non-traditional, freedom-loving Uranus, there is potentially an increased proclivity to want to innovate or experiment in this department.

The emotional Moon that day was also in theatrical, “Drama Queen” Leo, the sign of entertainment.
