Patrice’s “Cosmic Word of The Day”: Impediment

(Noun) im-ped-i-ment im–ped-uh-muh nt

1) obstruction, hindrance, obstacle 2) any physical defect that impedes normal or easy speech; a speech disorder 3) Chiefly Ecclesiastical Law – a bar, usually of blood or affinity to marriage

On June 19th we come face to face with restrictive Saturn via a square from the Gemini Sun. This configuration has a way of reining us in and pointedly delineating for us the various impediments or roadblocks along our path.

Our challenge now is to patiently make peace with our situation and find a new way to navigate the bumpy crossroads so as to arrive safely at our destination.

The Sun trine spiritual Neptune in friendly Aquarius and the social Libra Moon suggests our close friends may be a reassuring source of comfort and solace to us here and perhaps our best strategy for dealing with any impediments in our way.
