Cosmic Weather:

“The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark.” – Michelangelo Buonarroti

The illuminating Sun – thought to govern our will, ego, and basic urge to be – rockets into aspirational, Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius today (9:03 am), potentially ratcheting up our desire to chase big dreams, hug distant new horizons. Also, a time when we may feel more comfortable using the bully pulpit to express/declare our views.

Motivator Mars, the action-planet, now nearing the ‘anaretic ‘ or 29th degree of Scorpio, will also be entering Sadge on the 24th as the Sun and Mars are still orbiting in conjunction (or in close proximity) to each other.

Sun-Mars energy is often associated with ushering in sudden, fast-moving developments. Too, on the shadow side, sometimes this more fluid pairing may coincide with partaking in rash or more impulsive behavior or actions that we may regret later.

Interestingly, the Sun and Mars were exactly conjunct this past Saturday morning, in secretive Scorpio (12:42 am), just prior to when CEO Sam Altman of OpenAI was reportedly axed by board members of that company for reasons that are still unknown, immediately sending ‘Scorpionic’ shockwaves throughout Silicon Valley and beyond. Now today, there are reports circulating that Altman has been re-instated as CEO at OpenAI – the company that is the purveyor of the popular ChatGPT.

Meanwhile, Waxing Luna leaves compassionate Pisces for enterprising Aries today (12:19 pm). Luna will also harmoniously trine the newly ensconced Sagittarius Sun, shortly thereafter (12:35 pm), hopefully allowing for an easy flow between our inner and outer selves. The Aries Moon may also enhance our desire to spontaneously, and more confidently or courageously, put things into motion now, especially with the Sun and Mars (which rules the Aries Moon) still paired together.

“If we mean to have heroes, statesmen and philosophers, we should have learned women.” – Abigail Adams

Amen to that! 🙂

Hope it’s a good one! Please be safe and well.
