“Nurturing a feeling makes it proliferate. Choose wisely. Joy, kindness, love, and caring will illuminate your life.” Amy Lee Mercree
Sun conjunct Ceres in Aries (3:05 am) – We are more inspired to actively pursue self-care measures. Fresh realizations also sprout up regarding what makes us feel the happiest or most alive; we identify desires that are vital to the continued emergence/flowering of our life’s sacred purpose or that yield for us a deep sense of inner well-being or self-renewal.
Luna, now in her Waning Crescent phase, also wraps up her stay in progressive Aquarius today, with her last aspect in that sign a conjunction to expansive Jupiter (6:04 am). With Luna conjunct the largest planet ln our solar system, there’s a proclivity/preference for grander gestures now. Also, more of a feeling of hope and optimism.
The Moon will then enter imaginative Pisces in, late afternoon (4:30 pm), helping to give a big thumbs-up to creative projects. Luna here also extends to us a gentle protective cover for perhaps catching up on some (well-deserved) R & R (also a perfect complement to today’s nurturing Sun-Ceres conjunction). French fashion designer Christian Louboutin also says the best way to relax is “to do what you love.” That sounds about right. Do whatever keeps you in sync with your own natural rhythm.

On This Day in History: April 7, 1969, is the internet’s symbolic birth date: publication of RFC 1.
Astrologically, that day, scholarly, expansive Jupiter and tech-savvy Uranus (which now rules the internet) were closely conjunct in two different signs: Jupiter was Rx at 29 degrees of analytical Virgo; Uranus was Rx at 1 degree of social Libra. The Jupiter-Uranus conjunction symbolizes, among other things, the birth of seemingly unlimited possibilities for modernization; the reception of important new (consciousness-raising) downloads. By the way, the U.S. also put a man on the Moon, for the very first time, when these two planets were exactly conjunct, later that same year.
Hope it’s a good one! Please be safe and well.
