“Tightwad” Saturn pulls up in Libra in a pink Cadillac!

Go figure.

All I know is, it must be a courtesy car from “Social Graces Queen” Venus.  She was probably freakin’ out that Saturn would arrive in some kind of ole’ tacky jalopy painted the wrong color that would end up clashing with everything and thoroughly embarrassing her in front of her friends.

Saturn.

He’s entering Venus-ruled, “socially-minded” Libra today.

He’ll be hanging out here for a couple years.

His focus in Libra: Our relationships.

President Obama is slated to sign the “Finance Reform Bill” into law today as Saturn, ruling structure and foundation, enters legislative Libra for the first time since 1983. The bill is a massive overhaul of financial regulations that will not only impact financial institutions but also individuals and their ability to get credit. It also puts into effect all kinds of infrastructure to guard consumers in their financial transactions. This bill is also going into effect as Expansive Jupiter in “trailblazing” Aries is exactly squaring Credit-Ruler Pluto in governmental Capricorn.

On Tuesday, with the Sun in home-ruling Cancer and in a challenging 150-degree aspect to “Eroding” Neptune, the U.S. Commerce Department reported the lowest level of new housing activity since WWII. The data had caught Wall Street by surprise, as new housing starts had been predicted to be higher. Housing starts are usually an important economic indicator. Neptune often acts in such a way that it feels like a rug is being “pulled out from under us.”
