COSMIC WATCH:

It is possible that we may be feeling a little weighed down by our burdens or responsibilities or maybe even elements of our past today as the Sun squares restrictive Saturn, an influence which is often perceived as carrying more of a serious vibe.

That said, this square aspect is commonly viewed as a good time to maybe take a reality check to see how we are on doing with respect to achieving our goals and ambitions, and what we shift we may need or want to make in case we have been falling behind.

Too, potentially to help us out here today is the Moon in big picture Sagittarius, which ideally encourages us to “wish upon a star” regardless of how dim or bright we perceive our present situation to be.

Life Coach, Martha Beck, wrote a best-selling book Steering by Starlight in which she discusses hooking up with your own “North Star” within.

Too, the inspiring North Star concept is very much akin to the visionary Sagittarius Moon at her best, in that we are thought to be wanting so much to believe in the dream when Luna is in this sign.

Yet, with the Sun-Saturn energy, we may also be needing to refine that dream at least a tad today. Or perhaps be willing to adjust our steering to get to it. 🙂

Presidential hopeful, Rick Perry, dropped out of the GOP race today and is reportedly endorsing Newt Gingrich.

Occasionally, with the Sun-Saturn aspect (exact today), we decide to let go of our old agendas, old goals, and choose to move into another direction.

Sometimes we may also reposition ourselves after seeing the inevitable writing on the walls.

For instance, this morning, the 137-year-old Kodak Corporation, also filed for bankruptcy protection after fiscally struggling for the past several years.
