“What is imperative is to keep the momentum going. The difference between success and failure is very thin. The urge to win must be like a hunger inside you.” – Avijeet Das
With emotional Luna in her Waxing Gibbous phase and darting through athletic, fiery Aries, we may be feeling a rush of momentum now to get things done as we head towards the Cancer Full Moon on January 3rd.
This is an excellent time to take initiative, act independently, be courageous, while also taking steps/actions to safeguard our own interests or security (Luna square Jupiter, 4:59 pm).
The Moon’s monthly conjunction with Chiron (6:26 pm) also allows us the opportunity to embrace our vulnerabilities or advocate for those whose voices we don’t often hear.
Additionally, Luna’s trine to communicator Mercury in Sagittarius (9:13 pm) ignites idealistic ideas and the chance for open dialogue.

On This Day in History: On December 28, 1981, Elizabeth Jordan Carr was born in Norfolk, Virginia, becoming the first American test-tube baby. Her birth marked a significant advancement in reproductive technology, offering hope to countless couples struggling with infertility. The successful use of in vitro fertilization (IVF) paved the way for future developments in assisted reproductive techniques. (Wikipedia)
Interestingly enough, expansive Jupiter, associated with broadening our horizons and understanding, was in Scorpio at 5 degrees, at the time of Carr’s birth – the astrological sign that governs reproduction. Jupiter was also applying to an exact waning sextile to the life-giving Sun at 6 degrees of Capricorn. Sun-Jupiter aspects are often perceived to be lucky or advantageous in nature and bode well for learning, growth, and experimentation.

Hope it’s a good one! Please be safe and well! I’m also looking forward to being back with you here on a more regular basis (keeping fingers crossed!).
