Cosmic Weather:

“It was character that got us out of bed, commitment that moved us into action, and discipline that enabled us to follow through.” – Zig Ziglar

This Wednesday – with Luna remaining in trailblazing, initiating Aries all day – and also fresh off the heels of the gangbuster Aries New Moon yesterday, the hustle and bustle in the heavens continues head on today – suggesting the same for our humble earthling lives.

Of course, it may also possibly help out our personal cause now a bit – in terms of achieving any long-term success – if we have at least some clear idea, notion, or vision of where we want to go and what we intend to do once we get there; though, on the flip side, some behavioral researchers are also saying now that – in some instances – just taking action in a new direction, without prior prepping or planning, might also end up being a winning strategy for us as well, as it – at least – gets us out there, soaking up a new environment, and that that real-life immersion can potentially be very helpful in illuminating for us what our next steps should likely be, on a practical level – especially since many people seemingly discover their true calling or sense of purpose often by accident in the course of pursuing something else.

This latter approach to generating new beginnings, new experiences, new growth also seems to be a pretty compatible fit for the more perceived spontaneous, irrepressible nature of Aries energy itself, which is often depicted as tending to want to throw everything up against the proverbial wall in hopes that something will eventually stick.

Too, it appears that we may be keeping our fingers crossed that something really big will be sticking today as the risk-taking Aries Moon conjuncts gargantuan Jupiter, later this afternoon (4:17 pm). Moon-Jupiter potentially provides us with whopping doses of momentum to advance our agendas, as well as heightened self-confidence, especially in adventurous Aries. Of course, on the shadow side, the possible risk with Jupiter is that we do too much, overestimate our capabilities, or act too impulsively.

All the world is a birthday cake, so take a piece, but not too much.” – George Harrison

Today’s Question(s): If you were to “go big” today, what might that look like or entail for you – and what area of your life would you likely be focusing on?

On This Day in History: On March 22, 1933, President Roosevelt (FDR) makes beer and wine legal in the US as initiating Mars, in health and habit-forming Virgo, applies to a conjunction to substance-ruling Neptune; Mars tends to energize whatever it is aligned with. Meanwhile, expansive Jupiter in Virgo was also separating from a conjunction to Neptune while Luna was deposited in change-oriented, freedom-loving Aquarius.

Born On This Day: Canadian actor William Shatner, best known for playing Captain James T. Kirk in the science fiction television series Star Trek (1966–69) and in several Star Trek films. Shatner is turning 92 today.

“What does God need with a starship?” – William Shatner.

Hope it’s a good one! Please be safe and well.
