Thinker Mercury enters nostalgic Cancer today (5:12 am), which could find us reminiscing a bit about our roots or ancestral past. Our past is often a potent filter or frame of reference for how we view today. Too, it’s perhaps important to keep in mind that we do also have within us the power to choose what memories we want to embrace. As well as what memories we wish to lovingly let go of.

Of course, while we cannot go back and literally redo our prior history, as our consciousness and perceptions shift, we can intentionally choose to attach more self-affirming significance to some of those prior experiences that have maybe been shadowing us around.
