“The avoidance of taxes is the only intellectual pursuit that still carries any reward.” – John Maynard
Not sure if even billionaire Oprah Winfrey will be able to give away any more free cars, in wake of President Trump’s oval office announcement, late yesterday, that all automobiles (and auto parts) not made in the U.S. will soon be charged 25% tariffs!
Fortunately, though, there’s also some good news on the horizon now: The generous, benevolent Universe has decided to soften the blow for the masses by kindly awarding free halos today, duty-free, to all interested parties. While supplies last. 🙂
Astrologically, it does feel a bit like an out-of-body experience today with the Waning Crescent Moon – which is now 27.48 days old since the last New Moon – in dissolving, transcending Pisces, emitting only 5% illumination as seen from earth. With Luna in Pisces – the last sign of the zodiac – an emphasis is put on releasing or letting go what is no longer serving us.
Luna in Pisces is deemed excellent for self-reflection, meditation, performing random acts of kindness. A great time to maybe disconnect from technology, for a while, to re-order our worlds.
Meanwhile, lovable Venus Rx exits Aries and also shifts into Pisces this morning (4:41 am), conjuncting imaginative Neptune, shortly thereafter (9:13 am).
This is often a very dreamy, highly creative influence that is sometimes linked to the arrival of a magical, fairy tale romance. Too, we had this same aspect on February 1st so it could be that we are sifting through or re-evaluating now whatever may have started then to determine whether or not we did kiss a real prince – or just another frog!
Sometimes, too, we may want to be extra careful with Venus-Neptune influences as we might be looking through the proverbial rose-colored glasses at this time. Just seeing what we want to see and pitching the rest. Although occasionally this strategy does work (I met both of my husbands under Venus-Neptune aspects).
“I am in you and you in me, mutual in divine (Neptunian) love. – William Blake

Born On This Day: German physicist, Wilhelm Rontgen, who discovered X-rays, in 1901 in Lennep, Rhine Province.
“If the hand be held between the discharge-tube and the screen, and the darker shadow of the bones is seen within the slightly dark-shadow image of the hand itself, for brevity’s sake I shall use the expression ‘rays’; and to distinguish them from others of this name I will call them X-rays.” – Wilhelm Rontgen

Hope it’s a good one! Please be safe and well.
