“At times in my life the only place I have been happy is when I am on stage.” Bob Dylan
Today is one of those days when you may feel a desire and need to grab the spotlight. And, you have full approval and authoritative backing from the Cosmos to do so with the dramatic Moon camped out in theatrical Leo.
The Moon is also getting plenty of emotional support from Royal Ms. Venus in Leo, who is quite the little Diva running around town now, isn’t she? Flitting from one party to another, only taking short reprieves long enough to sign autographs and pose with photographers.
Hey, but, don’t let Venus grab all the attention. You need to get in on the action too! Especially showcase to the world all the talent you’ve got with creative Venus (your power of attraction) still aligned with Lucky Jupiter in discovery Aries. And, assertive Mars trining life-changing Pluto. These are powerful energies that don’t line up together very often and they are perfect for fame and fortune. Who knows where you could end up? I’m serious! You need to put yourself out there now. Believe that you can do it. You can!
“I was always musical – yelling when I was a baby, singing into a brush and singing in the shower.” Susan Boyle.
Event in history on this date: “Beatlemania” opens on Broadway, June 16, 1977, with achievement Saturn in entertainment Leo exactly trine musical Neptune in Sagittarius, a great time to pay homage to the phenomenal legacy of the Beatles.
Pleasure-loving Venus and Mars were also conjunct in artistic Taurus and opposed to innovative Uranus in Scorpio, so appropriate for a Broadway show honoring a group that revolutionized and transformed the music world! The Beatles were all about Uranus (change and originality).
June 16th birthdays: Joyce Carol Oates, Joan Van Ark
Personal Note: I will be taking a hiatus from my daily horoscope, however, I will be doing, on a daily basis, my brand new “Cosmic Word of the Day” which will include a mini-horoscope and maybe a few other things. I’m very excited about developing this new blog. Hope you’ll join me each day for that.
I am also very excited to announce that I have started working on an astrology book and hope to have it finished in the fall, that is why I no longer have time for the daily horoscope. I have Jupiter and Uranus transiting my Aries Ascendant now. Jupiter rules writing, Uranus rules astrology and the first house (Ascendant) signifies new beginnings, so hopefully my book will come together as planned. I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
Enjoy your day! Shine brightly today. Remember, you’re a star!

Neptune rules imagination which is needed in writing. Mercury, Jupiter, the Moon, and Neptune, and then the 3rd, 9th and 12 houses seem to figure prominently in being able to have the inspiration and wherewithal to write. I have Neptune opposite My Moon now and I feel that more than half the time I am effortlessly channeling from my subconscious most of what I am writing. I wake up all night with ideas. I keep a notebook by my bed. It is very exciting and transforming. Are you writing an astrology book, too?
no, i am not writing about astrology. i am writing about my journey towards healing. i am not an astrologer, though i respect the science of astrology. it has helped me a lot. ive been reading about astrological insights since 2004.
same here, ia m writing from my subconscious. i just let it flow. as i let the words out, i also find myself being healed in the process… its a blessing.. hopefully, this book will change my life for the better.
I look forward to reading your book when it comes out! Have you looked into publishers yet?
no. i only publish books online. i do not have money to publish.
