Pluto Stations Retrograde (8:46 am EDT): Pluto, which archetypally symbolizes the principle of power itself as well as themes of evolution and transformation, is stationing retrograde today at 19 degrees of Capricorn. It will be retrograde until September 28. Pluto retrograde, among other things, invites us to explore the whole concept of personal power: What does power mean to us? How do we generally wield our power? What makes us feel empowered?
