COSMIC WATCH:

It may be more possible for us to seamlessly connect the dots today. Or, to feel more at ease in the realm of abstract ideas or concepts, thanks, in part, to the Moon’s continued stay in experimental Aquarius.

Our conversations or exchanges with each other could also be more riveting and transforming in nature, as we have communicator Mercury aligned with dramatic Pluto. This influence can also incline us to want to go a lot deeper with the issues. “In the depth of winter I finally learned that there was in me an invincible summer.” Albert Camus

A possible “opportunity challenge” for today: learning how to transmute or parlay suspicion into trust. This is because, sometimes, with Mercury-Pluto, we tend to look at the world through a darker, or more fearful lens, inferring dubious motivations when, in fact, none may exist. Too, another spin on this energy: we tend to only see what is broken, instead of what is working.

We are still likely in the “wanting to conquer the world” mode with the Moon ensconced a second day in pioneering Aries. 🙂 Too, we just may be able to do it! We have the clever Gemini Sun, denoting our executive ability, forming a harmonious trine to solidifying Saturn (8:12 am EDT). A time when we are often able to see tangible evidence of our past efforts finally beginning to emerge. Sun-Saturn is also very supportive for long-term planning.

We may additionally feel a greater sense of duty or responsibility to others now. The nature of Saturn tends to be more serious and paternalistic. This is an excellent day to demonstrate our own personal brand of leadership. Looking Back: This same “Sun Trine Saturn” influence last year (June 2) coincided with Mitt Romney, the former Republican governor of Massachusetts, throwing his hat in the ring, a second time, for the U.S. presidency.
