“And a step backward, after making a wrong turn, is a step in the right direction.” Kurt Vonnegut

Sun trines Saturn (8:44 am EDT). This is a good day to check in with ourselves and eye our accomplishments. See what we’ve done and what we still need to do. Perhaps we’ve gotten sidetracked and now need to make a few course corrections.  When we are being guided by a clear vision and are also able to view our actions in their totality, it is often easier for us to stay on track. As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the light bulb. When a reporter asked, “How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?” Edison replied, “I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps.” Sun trine Saturn inspires us to take a more mature or responsible approach to matters. It is associated with self-discipline and sustained effort.

“Aging is an inevitable (Saturnian) process. I surely wouldn’t want to grow younger. The older you become, the more you know; your bank account of knowledge is much richer.” William Holden

Enjoy your day!
