Venus is together with Neptune now in the friendly sign of Aquarius. We want badly to believe in “make believe.” Fairy tales with happy endings. Venus is what we love, while Neptune represents our fantasy world. It’s also our spiritual voice.
Neptune fuels our creative imagination, our idealism, and our dreams. It dissolves all boundaries, and is the purveyor of the notion that we, as a people, are one.
Neptune also rules pictures, and film-making. Not too mention, all those pricey Super Bowl commercials.
Aquarius, the inventive water-bearer, presides over all things hi-tech, inlcuding television broadcasting.
So what happens when you mix all these mystical ingredients together? You get Oprah Winfrey, David Letterman, and Jay Leno – all three appearing as one big happy family, in a Super Bowl commercial – partying and watching the Super Bowl together!
Well, that wasn’t exactly what took place last night. The commercial was actually a plug for Dave’s show. Dave was complaining to Oprah, in the commercial, about how it was the worst Super Bowl party ever. Then, Jay, suddenly appears on camera, and chimes in, that it was all his fault, because he was at the party. Then Dave, sarcastically mimicked Jay, saying that. Oprah, Miss Venus in Aquarius herself, was caught in the middle of it all, and was trying to play peacemaker. It was a brilliant commercial. And, so delightfully unexpected – in a typical Aquarian way.
The beauty of the commercial, from a cosmic perspective, is we got to sample, first-hand, the exalted healing powers of Venus and Neptune at work in a practical way. Not only did we witness a great, imaginatively crafted, Venus-Neptune inspired art form. We also, through make-believe, were all treated to some karmic relief. It seems like maybe now, as a result of the commercial, Jay, may just be able to return to his old time slot at the Tonight Show, and everything will be fine again. That all the bitter bickering and ruckus may finally begin to recede. That we can all live happy ever after again.
One more cool thing, along this very same vein. Comforting, soothing, reconciling Venus in Aquarius, last Saturday, just magically crossed over into Jay Leno’s first house of new beginnings, in his birth chart horoscope. It’s presently sitting, side-by-side, with fantasy dream-weaver Neptune. Could it be the cosmos is trying to doubly-insure that there’s a fairy-tale ending for Jay? Perhaps back-up for the Super Bowl commercial?
