“Knowledge becomes wisdom only after it has been put to practical use.” Unknown source.

Mars (initiative) and Saturn (achievement) are in friendly aspect to each other (sextile).  This can help us to attain our more practical goals, while also adding to our reservoir of self-confidence. It’s a good time for detail work, for the evaluation of our ideas, strategies, to see whether or not they could benefit from some “Saturnian” tweaking or revisions. This also applies to the romance department. We need to get out our little black books out and see what names we need to either add or delete.  Saturn prides himself on being the master editor, consummate detail guru.  He’s enormously thrilled with us when we go through everything with a fine-tooth comb, checking for inefficiencies, mistakes, duplications.

Too, for those of us who maybe have had our heads up in the clouds lately, or who have perhaps been drinking too much Kool-aid, this stabilizing energy will help to safely parachute us back to the Saturn-ruled earth plane.

The Moon is still in articulate Gemini so we need to humor her by serving up generous portions of witty conversation.

Famous Aries persons born on this day: Actor Karl Malden, Pantomime Artist Marcel Marceau, Composer-Playwright Andrew Lloyd Webber, Evangelist Pat Robertson

Memorable event in history on this date: March 22, 1933 -Franklin D. Roosevelt makes wine and beer with up to 3.2% alcohol legal. Not surprisingly, pioneering Mars, which governs our passions, and also provides momentum, was moving through Pisces at the time. Pisces is the sign of the zodiac that rules drugs and alcohol.

Peace and love, everyone.  Enjoy your day!
